RAP (Raider Assistance Program)
The RAP program is designed to help students that are having difficulty succeeding in the classroom or outside of the school. The UAHS RAP team is comprised of guidance counselors, teachers, and liaisons. The team meets regularly to identify students, gather data, and develop plans to assist students. All referrals made to the Raider Assistance Program are confidential and the process includes parent/guardian participation.

Bullying Prevention Program
Uniontown Area High School is committed to providing a safe, positive learning environment for students. UAHS recognizes that bullying creates an atmosphere of fear and intimidation, detracts from the safe environment necessary for student learning, and may lead to more serious violence. Therefore, UAHS prohibits bullying of district students. Early intervention, reinforcement of a consistent message and follow through from students, parents/guardians, staff and administration can ensure that everyone's right to learn and work in a safe environment is respected.

Safe2Say Something
Safe2Say Something is a youth violence prevention program run by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. The program teaches youth and adults how to recognize warning signs and signals, especially within social media, from individuals who may be a threat to themselves or others and to “say something” BEFORE it is too late. With Safe2Say Something, it's easy and confidential to report safety concerns to help prevent violence and tragedies.
Here's how it works:
- Submit an anonymous tip report through the Safe2SaySomething system
- Crisis center reviews, assesses and processes all submissions
- Crisis center sends all submissions to school administration and/or law enforcement for intervention
- If needed, crisis center may contact tipster anonymously through the app
